How Do I Get In Touch?

We typically operate from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday through Friday, 10:00 to 17:00 on most Saturdays & Sundays. Outside of these hours please send a WhatsApp message for an immediate response.
​​How Do I Place An Order?
Placing an order is quick and simple through the website. Once your items have been selected and added to your basket you'll then be asked to complete a short form with your contact and delivery details. Following receipt of payment an automated email confirmation will be sent to you.
​Taxes & Shipping
Orders are shipped within 24hrs of receiving payment, with all watches being sent fully insured by Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL. At present we offer free shipping both within the UK and to our international buyers also.
All prices shown on our website include UK TAX. For buyers outside of the UK then any duty and import taxes due will be charged to the buyer by the relevant customs authority once the item enters the destination country. These charges are the buyers responsibility, with payment to be made to customs prior to delivery.

Payments
Our secure payment system is supplied by Stripe and PayPal, both are regulated by the relevant financial institutions to ensure customer safety. Using this system ensures that all of your personal data is held only by the card issuer and bank. Grand Desires will at no point have access to the data submitted when you make your purchase as it remains solely with the card issuers.
We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, with the option to pay by Bank Transfer into our account below also.

Servicing & Authenticity
A 'full set' or accompanying box and papers does not necessarily guarantee the authenticity of a watch bought from individuals on internet, this is why we personally test and inspect the workings of every watch we sell for your peace of mind, guaranteeing each to be genuine.
For hygiene reasons all watches sold are professionally cleaned prior to being advertised, they will also be delivered in good working condition unless otherwise expressly specified. Watches are however not serviced by ourselves unless stated, timekeeping therefore may vary from original manufacturer specifications, especially in the case of vintage watches sold.

Returns & Refunds
All purchases are subject to a 14 day refund or exchange policy. Following receipt and inspection of returned goods a full refund will then be initiated immediately.
